NETWORK IMPROVEMENT MANAGER CHICAGO, IL 10 MONTH CONTRACT

This role provides support to the Regional Team in the development of high quality business and action plans related to Network Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate with Area Teams in review of business management (DBI) reports and metrics
- Assist and drive the development and execution of the Regions business development activities
- Analyze dealer performance metrics and identify problem dealers before problems become critical
- Manage the Regional Performance Excellence Program
- Coordinate and track Dealer Performance Specialists consultations with area teams and corporate
- Monitor monthly dealer financial statement submission
- Compile and review business management updates and distribute to regional management with analysis and recommendations
- Review Dealer Operating Standards and evaluations
- Monitor evaluation follow-up action items for Dealer Operating Standards and provide the necessary supporting documents and field engagements for timely compliance
- Provide field with monthly Scorecard status
- Compile and create timely and attainable action items
- Support network franchising actions and Facility Program as needed
- Assist with processing dealer packages along with other franchising documents for regional and corporate approval
- Perform dealer contacts with Regional Team and develop follow-up procedures to track progress on actionable items

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

5 or more years (Automotive background preferred)

- Knowledge of accounting and finance; ability to interpret dealer financial statements with an understanding of car dealership operations
- Read, analyze, and interpret market information; identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments, prepare reports, and establish effective working relationships with dealers and regional staff.
- Previous dealer and/or account contact experience
- Superior writing and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
