Network Control Technician II

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a NETWORK CONTROL TECHNICIAN II to join our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first level surveillance on network activities
- Initiating the ticketing process for network outages
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved
- Provide support of Sprint Network Vision rollout and the manual work that will be called for to effectively manage the newly deployed network vision equipment.

Job Qualifications:
- CANDIDATE MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS - THIS IS A 27 BY 7 ENVIRONMENT AND ANY SHIFT COULD BE EXTENDED AT TIME OF OFFER
- Must have one to three (1-3) years of experience in this type of role (tech support, NOC, etc.)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
