Network Control Services Expert (f/m)

Task description:
*Development and Engineering of new concepts, designs and solutions in the area of the network perimeter, security technology and services following security and architecture guidelines
*Contribution to IT projects in the preparation phase (technical specification, evaluation and selection of new products and solutions, activity planning and reporting), the implementation phase (analyses, development, integration and testing, maintenance, release, documentation) and in the deployment phase (preparation, integration, roll-out to production systems, as well as operational acceptance and handover to Data Centre Operations considering procedures, processes and training of 1st and 2nd level support staff
*Provision of 3rd level support for operational networks including expert assistance in restoring normal service from incidents, problem management, follow release, change management and other ITIL processes as well as day to day business accruing to Network Engineering team

Your profile:
*Engineering and design experience
*Experience in Network engineering roles implementing Perimeter Networks and Security technologies
*Hands-on practise using Checkpoint Firewall products
*Experience using f5 networks big-ip platform or Proxy administration (e.g. Bluecoat) as well as VPN-technologies (e.g. Cisco)
*Advanced knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching technology, Autonomous Internet Infrastructure with Multi-homing set-up and DDOS-mitigation technologies
*Knowledge of DNS, Wifi and NAC technology would be an asset
*On-call duties possible
*Very good command of English with proven drafting ability
