NETWORKS AND TELEPHONY TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - the primary role is to support the implementation of products and services within the NTaV (Network, Telephony & Video) vertical.
MAIN TASKS/ACTIVITIES:
- Member of the Project Delivery team
- Planning and implementation of Network, Telephony and Unified Communications projects
- Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards
- Maintain telephony/network documentation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Project Management and coordination methodology
- PROVEN IPT/VOIP EXPERIENCE in a Project and Support role (1+ years preferred)
- Experience in outsourcing environments is advantageous
- Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
- ITIL knowledge
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates living within a daily commutable distance to Zuirch.
