Your day to day activities will include providing tech support, contributing to the definition of policies and standards and to identify opportunities for improvement in the network.
Your Key Skills/Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor the network
- Hold CCNA/CCNP Level Qualification
- Knowledge of ITIL V3
- Analyse, diagnose and correct network issues and errors as an integrated part of a second level IT support team
- Contribute to innovation and Proof Of Concepts
- Update High Level and Low Level design documentation where appropriated
The daily rate will be £300 per day for a 3 month contract (interim cover).
