NET Developer

.NET DEVELOPER/C3 IMP AUTOMATION/HTML/C#/JAVASCRIPT/NATO/HAGUE/SC CLEARED

LOCATION - THE HAGUE

CONTRACT - 6 months+

RATE - €400 - 450 DAILY

It has been acknowledged that, currently, creating the C3IMP is labour intensive and would benefit from automation. The C3IMP Automation Project is to enable this automation and hence to improve collaboration, information sharing and consistent data handling within the C3CG. The automation will encompass the development of a web application, which will allow the C3CG to:
1.Manage the contents of the (quarterly) C3IMP (report).
2.Import data into the report from external sources such as CAMS.
3.Display the report as formatted text, tables and charts.
4.Export the report in MS Office format (Word).

The candidate is to support specific development tasks. ie, under the direction of the project manager, the candidate will have the following duties:
1.Support the development of the web application, which consists of an HTML5 presentation layer and a .NET data access layer
2.Support the development of the functionality to create MS Word documents programmatically (using C#)
3.Testing and documentation activities

The contractor shall have the following qualifications and expertise:
Minimum 5 years of development experience with the following technologies: HTML, C#, CSS, JavaScript, LINQ and jQuery.
Experience with programmatically creating MS Word documents
Preferably, experience with using Bootstrap and HTML5 charting components
Experience with using Visual Studio 2015 and TFS 2015
The ability to conduct all work (oral and written) in English.
