MS SQL DESIGNER - DEVELOPER - FINLAND

We are looking for a MS SQL Designer for a global organisation to start ASAP for a 6 months + extend contract in Finland.

PRIMARY SKILLSET:

Overall experience of 10+ years in IT databases with over 6+ years' experience in MSSQL database management and operation
2+ years' experience data design, data modelling, database design and database development in MSSQL
4+ years' experience of MSSQL development DBA role
Expert in SQL and DBMS actions, like complex queries, DB constraints, stored procedures, schema management, indexes and MSSQL performance tuning
Must have very good competence on TSQL in Unix and windows environment
Must have competence to do database management actions by Scripting (like PowerShell).
Must have competence of Unix and windows operating systems like scheduler etc.
Good knowledge of software engineering practices
Good knowledge of source control systems like VisualStudio.
Be responsible for delivering the deliverables with quality and on-time.
Understand how Microsoft JDBC is working and how to use it

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data flow and database modelling.
Database design.
Database performance tuning.
Development of current MSSQL database models and databases to respond to business needs
Developing solution to track and maintain data quality control practices
Improve data quality in MSSQL databases
Develop and maintain integrations between MSSQL databases.
Develop and maintain integrations between MSSQL databases system.
Support other developers to achieve business needs
Participate systems' issues analyzes and problem solving
Participate deploying new software features to production environment.
