MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - Ottawa, Ontario $95 - $105/hr - CONTRACT/ON-SITE
I am urgently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst for a multi-project extensive government bid in Ottawa. The client ministry is looking to bring on a tremendous MS Dynamics CRM team to carry-out several CRM projects in different departments throughout their organization.
This specific position will be responsible for understanding what the client needs, nailing down the business requirements, and relaying this information to the development team. The BA will be working directly with the client to fully carry out the intended mission in each project. They will also be responsible for testing (GAP/Fit Analysis), ensuring requirements are being executed, and providing End User Support.

* Strong experience with GAP/Fit Analysis and End User support
* Gather and present business requirements
* Any Microsoft Certifications are a huge plus
* Working on site is required
