MDT Coordinator - Skin

Job Title: MDT Coordinator

Location: South East

Contract: 3 months initially

Start: ASAP

Daily Rate: circa £120 per day - negotiable

An NHS client of mine are currently looking for an experienced MDT Coordinator, ideally with expertise in skin.

Experience required:

- Strong experience of being an MDT coordinators and patient navigation.
- Strong understanding of 2WW, 31 Days & 62 Days Targets .

Desirable but not essential

- Experience of supporting Cancer Pathway Manager in preparation for the site specific peer reviews. Specifically around Skin Cancer.
- Experience of coordinating the Trust Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and provide administrative support .
- To coordinate the Specialist inter-Trust Multi-disciplinary Team (SMDT) meetings held via video conferencing and provide administrative support.
- To prospectively and proactively navigate all patients referred with an urgent suspected cancer and all incidental cancer diagnoses along the 31 & 62 Day Pathways, to ensure the national Cancer Waiting Times (CWT) Targets are met consistently.
