Mastercontrol Configuration Specialist - Pharma

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Evaluate proposed changes to MasterControl system configurations to validated systems and determine impact to system.
* Work with management to prioritize MasterControl projects.
* Work with Users to determine design requirements and update required design and functional specifications, as required.
* Configure and validate system updates.
* Assist in the coordination of changes to system configuration.
* Lead validation activities.
* Maintain paperwork for adding new users to systems and coordinating changes to user roles.
* Submit Technical Service Issues to MasterControl Support Desk.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* Requires a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a cGMP or other highly regulated environment.
* Experience in the design, configuration and validation of various IT Systems including MasterControl Application Suite (preferred)

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

* Excellent organizational and Project Management skills,
* Expert Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point,
* Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal),
* Detail oriented, excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills,
* Ability to handle and prioritize a heavy workload,
* Typing skills with high level of accuracy,
* Good grammar and writing skills are a requirement,
* Ability to work with little or no supervision.
