Management Assistant Pharmaceutical Sector
Description
Oversees, and performs clerical and administrative support tasks.
Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Typically reports to a manager.
Responsibilities
Administrational support for organization of EU face to face meetings with external stakeholders (examples: AdBoards, Workshops)
Admin process for contracting, grants, donations & sponsorships (contracts, ANFs, Upload of contracts in ContractShare
SAP: vendor creation, POs, E-payments
Follow-up with Finance Answers (update SAP profile with bank details, payments, etc)
Admin follow-up with local teams after for GTP reporting (ANFs, transfer of value details)
Budget & PO overview, monthly accruals
Organization of internal meetings (meeting rooms, logistics, catering, travel and accommodation)
Back-up for colleague based in Germany
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required
