Mainframe Consultant - Mainframe Cobol, Tandem, SQL
My client, a leading international financial institution, are looking for an experienced Mainframe consultant to join for an initial 12 month contract based in Oslo, Norway.
This is not a development role, but will team up/pair up with developers around analysing databases, data-files, dependencies (in batch flows) and so on. Another area of responsibility is adhoc extracts of production data liked to request from business and/or linked to error rot cause analysis, requirement specification and similar.
The successful consultant will need to be familiar with Cobol, Tandem & SQL.
