RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform composite infusion process modelling.
- Manufacture composite components by vacuum bag infusion.
- Mechanical tensile testing of manufactured components.
- Analyze and documents test results.
SKILLS:
- Working experience with one or more mainstream FEM meshing tools (Hypermesh, Vishual mesh)
- Familiarity with mainstream CAD tools, eg Catia, Unigraphics
- Hands-on Glass-Epoxy composite infusion manufacturing
- Mechanical tensile testing
- Data statistical analysis using Excel
- Technical writing
