Looking for Mechanical Engineer I - CA - Philips

JOB TITLE: MECHANICAL ENGINEER

CLIENT: PHILIPS.

PAY RATE:$22.00/HR

LOCATION: ONTARIO, CA

DURATION: 3 MONTHS.

WORK HOURS (START AND END TIME): MONDAY TO THURSDAY 5:30 AM TO 3:00 PM, FRIDAY 4:30 AM TO 2:00 PM

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

-Ensure all activities are carried out in a professional manner in compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.
-Preventive and corrective Maintenance activities and check for compliance.
-Maintenance and improvement of machine/automation condition.
-Procurement of spare parts according date and economic point of view.
-Creation and realization of improvements with team.
-Analysis, investigation of assembly faults and creation and execution of corrections
-Execution of change overs looking for the less time possible
-Safeguard and check of the compliance regulations eg Safety, ISO, work description, quality requirements
-Creation of daily reports, log books indicating highlight and lowlights of the shift
-Documentation of machine parameters, assure machinery runs with in parameters
-Communication with co-workers is fundamental in order to accomplish tasks accordingly.
-Participation and involvement in the different improvements methodologies is a must for the position.
-Experience, minimum of five years
