Yoh has an immediate contract opportunity for a LEVEL I IPAD SUPPORT AGENT with our client in Wilmington, DE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Level I iPad Support Agent, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., October through end of December.
- Provide support to iPad users related to iPad setup, App Catalog enrollment, basic usage/how-to questions, and other items as required.
- Perform asset management duties as related to be deployed and in-stock hardware.
- Build and maintain a Knowledge Base of support topics related to the iPad and its supporting tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong interpersonal skills required.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Previous support/Help Desk experience strongly preferred.
