For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing a wide variety of desktop support activities. Your responsibilities will include analysis of desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Analyzing desktops, Servers, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Building machines from scripted images
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
- Maintain good documentation
- Working with vendors for warranty issues
- Providing support in a standalone and or networked environments
- Collecting requests from customers on-site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Shift: 8am 5pm, Monday- Friday
- Pre-employment conditions include 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
- Physical requirement: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
