Level 2 Banking IT Support

This organisation is a major player in Banking and Finance world and is looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Support Analyst in their Dublin office. The Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst will be part of an exciting and growing team with a strong possibility for long term contract extensions.

City Centre location. Easily accessible via public transport

Roles and Responsibilities:

Actively manage and prioritise client reported issues to ensure customer and business satisfaction.
Support customer financial transactions with business, service and technology partner groups.

Review and troubleshoot incoming payment, file and reporting issues for severity and probable resolution path.

Present solutions or workarounds to client facing groups responsible for resolution. Accurately gather data from customers, production support teams and development as appropriate to complete analysis.

Key Skills

Must have extensive banking client support background ie (senior helpdesk role supporting issues and questions involving client banking transactions)

Strong prioritization skills; this position requires the ability to handle multiple tickets/issues at the same time and facilitate a timely resolution and document in internal ticketing system.

Only candidates with client facing banking support and ticketing management will be considered for this position

Must be able to organise heavy workload of application related questions and concerns from global client Support teams.
