Level 2 Application Support - 6 months contract - Budapest - Hungary

The client:

A large consultancy (FTSE 500)

Your responsibility:

Incident & Problem Management

- L2 Application Support consisting of fixing and resolution of user queries, incidents and service requests
- Track to permanent resolution by finding the RCA or escalating to L3 support for finding the RCS and permanent resolution

Deployment and Knowledge Management

- Deployment into UAT and production environments as pe planned changes
- Create knowledge articles and support documentation in the form of key operating procedures and so on

Essential skills required :

Must speaks Hungarian and English
Application Production Level 2 support in Banking and Financial Services - ideally in Retail banking sector
Customer focus

Nice to have:

UNIX/SQL experienced
ITIL certified
