KENEXA BRASSRING CONSULTANT/IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - GLOBAL PROPERTY/REAL ESTATE

WorkBench Certified Kenexa BrassRing Consultant is needed to play a pivot role leading the implementation of a Graduate Recruitment programme.

Successful Consultant will be a Kenexa SME providing advice and guidance to help them utilise and integrate the system.

REQUIREMENTS

- Workbench Certified
- Proven track record implementing HRIS systems and supporting experience with large scale applicant tracking/recruitment solutions
- Proven track record implementing Kenexa BrassRing

DELIVERABLES

- Providing ongoing system administration and troubleshooting in support of high volume staffing and recruitment and related metrics and reporting
- Responsible for training on the account and all project management
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders based in the UK and globally
- Act as primary implementation point for all Graduate Recruitment team and provide support on implementation for all Graduate, Summer Intern and Sandwich Placement schemes
