Junior Systems Support Analyst (Document Management)

Our client, a major pharmaceutical company based in the Basel area, is looking for a talented JUNIOR SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST (DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT). This is a contract role until the end of December 2017.
BACKGROUND:
- Hypercare for Regulatory Systems working in Pharma Technical Regulatory to support the systems used in the generation of CMC documents (CMC = chemistry manufacturing & controls). This person must have good customer relation/helpdesk skills, as well as some understanding of Regulatory systems. They will be providing first line support for IDM (D2 solution = Document system) and SubmissionExpert (Amplexor solution = Submission system). IDM and SubmissionExpert are the biggest two systems that are used.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls, emails and face-to-face requests related to incidents or questions on the IDM and SubmissionExpert systems
- Troubleshoot trending production issues
- Provide user drop-in sessions for key user communities
- Escalate issues to PTR OBE-Business Systems Support Manager
- Working together with Business Managers in Penzberg and SSF
MUST HAVES:
- Background in end-user support with minimum 2 years of experience (longer experience highly preferred)
- Very strong computer skills with knowledge of Documentum based solutions
- Good understanding of Regulatory and CMC (chemistry manufacturing & control)
- Great communication skills (excellent English and German language skills, both languages are must haves)
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality (at least knowledge of CSV)
- Proactive, engaged and problem-solving working attitude
- Previous Pharma experience
