Junior Reconciliations Analyst- Edinburgh

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Global Solutions are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Junior Reconciliation Analyst- Edinburgh to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Junior Reconciliation Analyst- Edinburgh, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

The key focus of the role will be to act as a Reconciliation Analyst within the Unit Trusts Fund Services Team and provide daily cash monitoring for a range of schemes.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

You will provide a high quality administrative service for Unit Trusts including daily cash monitoring/reconciliations within Operations, you will identify and escalate discrepancies,produce high quality reporting within agreed timescale, complete all daily work as allocated by PM.

COMPETENCIES:

You will have previous work experience in reconciliation, ideally within a financial institution or be a recent graduate interested in career in banking. Good MS Office skills are required. You will be a fast learner, have strong communication skills and pay attention to details.
