Junior Radio Optimization Engineer 

A Junior Radio Optimization Engineer is needed for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company in Romania for a long term project to be based in Bucharest. Start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make drive test (DT) date collection and call quality test (CQT) data collection for GSM,UMTS or

LTE network
- Secure to use the right test methods and test setup;
- Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics, make test data statistics and output the test results
- Make DT report and document for test result
- Communicating with customer and improving customer satisfaction
- Identifying of nondominant pilot and sources interference
- Network Performance and Capacity Monitoring, Reporting, Analysis, Assessment and Optimization;
- Cooperating with other teams for Fault Handling and Performance Management and Optimization
- Accepting irregular working hours,
- Able to adopt frequent travel with irregular working hours

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
-  Bachelor degree(or above) in telecommunications, electronics or computer science;
- A sense of responsibility in work
- Able to adopt frequent travel with irregular working hours
- Extrovert and good communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Driving license are preferred;
