Job Mission

Candidate is responsible for proper definition, execution and reporting of tests to ensure proper qualification of systems with respect to materials usage and contamination.

Job Description

- Comes up with means and methods and performs the tests to verify the specifications for cleanliness in the (vacuum) system.
- Assists providing tools and knowledge of detecting, mimicking and controlling contamination in motion and on surfaces.
- Assists in providing materials and coatings for improvement of an overall (contamination) machine performance as well as the knowledge of material characterization methods (measurement techniques).
- Achieves results by literature search, experimental testing or supervision of external research activities.
- Is responsible for the proper documentation of specifications, supporting calculations, and tests.
- Focus area is molecular contamination control for EUV scanner

Education

BSc or MSc degree in Chemical or Chemistry engineering.

Experience

- max. of 1-2 years experimental and/or theoretical experience in the above mentioned field of contamination control, cleaning and contamination metrology in research or industry is preferred.
- We are looking for a candidate who is strong in data analysis and has a hands-on mentality.

- Candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic explorative environment
- Robust personality is a must

- Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude.
- Good communicational skills and good knowledge of English.
