We are seeking a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support the Purchasing Project Office and local, cross-divisional Procurement Teams in areas such as project-, contract- and compliance management. You will have a strong focus on customer service and end-user satisfaction.
Your Role:
Responsible for compliance, performance monitoring and reporting
Responsible for addressing and tracking non-compliance
Responsible for the management of data - vendor/contract management
Ensuring the application of our client's standards to the procurement of goods and services
Responsible to provide high levels of customer service - from the department of procurement to the end-users
Respond to requests for operational procurement support, delivery, payment or supplier performance resolution
Preparation of RFI, RFP and sourcing events for customers - collaborating with Category Manager
Retaining record activities for the purposes of audit
Reporting Adverse Event/Technical Quality Complaints within 24 hours, in accordance with valid local SOPs
Your Experience:
Bachelors degree
1-2 years experience in Pharma & Procurement
Fluency in English & German
Plus Skills:
CIPS/similar qualification
SAP and SRM skills
