Description:
1) Preparing journals
2) Preparing reconciliations
3) Variance reporting
4) Working on team based projects
Reviews general ledger accounts and prepares and adjusts journal entries.
PERFORMS ACCOUNT ANALYSIS AND RECONCILIATION, INCLUDING BANK STATEMENTS AND INTERCOMPANY GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS.
MAINTAINS THE GENERAL LEDGER CHART OF ACCOUNTS.
ASSISTS WITH INITIAL INTERNAL CONTROL EVALUATIONS.
Posts monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals.
Requirements:
1) Strong accounting base (minimum 1 year accounting experience);
2) Strong attention to detail
3) Strong communication skills
4) Team player
5) Ambitious/positive attitude
6) Excel, Access and SQL experience
-Lots of communication opportunities in previous career
-Bachelors Degree required.
