Java Team Lead, Development Team Lead, Spring, J2EE, Developer

My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a Java Development Team Lead and you will bring the below skill set:

*Analysis and understanding of project requirements; interaction with key client stakeholders in refining requirements
*Support in Scope definition/validation and interaction with key client stakeholders in defining and agreeing scope
*Single point of contact representing the offshore team and interface with all project teams onsite for communication, coordination, issue/query resolution and all other technical communication
*Coordinate, liaise and work extensively with several teams onsite and offshore for project delivery
*Support and project planning and tracking
*Support in technical architecture/design
*Technical guidance to developers and other teams during development
*Identify key risks and flag to project manager, both and at the client project manager as early on in order to pre-empt any issue
*Java/JEE Skills
*Spring framework
*Strong in design and design patterns (eg. MVC architecture)
*Strong understanding of web application architecture and platforms (Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS)
*Strong understanding of Web Services
*A good understanding of modern day web content management systems and its interfacing with Back End portal integration systems (that is the J2EE integration layer)
*Web Applications Development technologies and framework in particular in the J2EE (Spring, MVC patterns, Javascript and Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML, marker templates)
*Strong understanding of technology/tools and framework in configuration mgmt. and continuous integration (Jenkins, Maven, GiT, CHEF)
*Knowledge of Scripting (Shell, PERL)
*Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle
*REST and associated technologies
