Talent International is proud partner with a global leader in the Digital online space that specializes in a range of interesting product offerings. Our client is in need of an experienced Java Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis. This an opportunity that will allow you to progress within your career along with gaining leadership responsibilities and managing up to 8 Developers.

You will be part of a strong Management Team and report directly into the Head of Development. You must have a solid Java development background along with a strong ability to motivate, influence and lead people.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively work with other cross functional teams within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead a team of between 4 to 8 Developers.
- Strong mentoring & Team Lead experience.
- Web Services and Development experience.
- Java, Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript & JQuery experience.
- HTML & CSS skills.
- Knowledge within Android & iOS Development.
- Client facing skills.
- Architecture experience (highly desirable).
- Agile (Essential)
