Java EE Developer - Web/SQL/Angular/Finance

JAVA EE DEVELOPER/DESIGNER wanted for a long term contract opportunity for a global financial services company. The role will involve working on a major migration project and to develop the interfaces for a financial/accounting application.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Expertise in Java, JEE and the related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), Web Development (Angular, JavaScript) and SQL (DB2, Oracle)
- Strong technical design experience
- Familiarity with the agile development approach such as Scrum, test-driven development and continuous integration
- Knowledge of Financial Services/Accounting (eg US GAAP) applications would be highly desirable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Implementing functional requirements and adapting to a changing IT infrastructure
- Working closely with technical and business teams
- Developing robust, powerful and scalable solutions
- Implementing integration and unit tests for all software modules
- Create user-friendly solutions
