-Very good Java (SE/EE)-knowledge
-Experienced with Eclipse RCP as the base framework of applications
-Experienced in OOP concepts, encapsulation, inheritance vs. delegation, access operators, simple design patterns (GoF)
-Experience in SQL, Eclipse IDE, Webservices, basic Linux know-how and Version management tools
-Experience in ESB, Performance Tuning, Spring framework of advantage
