JAVA DEVOPS ENGINEER (BACK END)

As an engineer you will develop applications using state-of-the-art applications and work with the latest Java-based systems.

We work Scrum/Agile in small teams with sprints of 2 weeks. Your exact role within a project will depend on the type of project, but your focus will be on:

FOCUS OF THE JAVA DEVOPS ENGINEER (BACK END)

- Refining;
- Designing;
- Developing/programming the functionality;
- Testing;
- Quality Assurance;
- Aftercare.

GIVEN THE SIZE OF MY CLIENT ACROSS THE WORLD, YOU WILL BE WORKING ON LARGE AND INTERESTING PROJECTS WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CHARACTER.

SKILLS REQUIRED BY JAVA DEVOPS ENGINEER (BACK END)

- HBO/University Graduate (Master) degree;
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience in large organizations;
- You are able to develop efficient and maintainable code in a complex environment.
- As developer you have advanced knowledge of Java 7/8, Elastic, REST API;
- Knowledge of Javascript/Dojo would be handy.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Eclipse, Crucible, Fortify, SVN/Git, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, etc;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps;

- Excellent social skills, great communicator;
