JAVA APPLICATION SUPPORT; JAVA, XML, ORACLE, HTML, SOA

KEY SKILLS:

- Technologies: Java, XML, Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), HTML, SOA
- Knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Knowledge of Rational Team Concert or similar collaborative source-control products.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Fluent in French and English
- Monitoring the application, incident resolution and diagnosis of problems.
- Support in technical design and implementation of JEE 6 web information systems
- Contribute to the testing and 2nd level support (follow up defects, impediments, )
- Contribute to the technical documentation of these systems
- Incident handling, problem handling: analysis and resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution
- Provide leadership for the team
- Report to management
- Planning (including planning of resources), definition of tasks, review of service level, quality control, risk analysis, call handling status and escalation, status reports (daily, monthly, yearly), problem reporting and organisation definition

PERSONAL SKILLS

- 12 years of relevant professional IT-experience after the completion of a secondary school and 8 years of specific expertise (JAVA Development/SOA)
- Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting
- Capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
- Team leader skills
