IT Support/Scientific Applications/Pharma

On behalf of our client, an international and dynamic company from pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are seeking an experienced IT Supporter for a contract until the end of June 2014 (with an option to extend).

In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for scientific applications and biological software. Besides of that you will work with Databases and will be in charge of server administration. There is an exciting project waiting for you, you will have great chances to gain interesting experience in global, modern environment.

Your profile:

- Experience as IT Supporter/System Administrator
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Databases
- Experience in support of scientific applications/laboratory software
- Ability to work with scientists
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus
