Responsibilities:
- Provide direct user support for wireless network connections and standard operating environments for IT
- Equipment set-up
- Maintenance equipment in a timely manner
- identifying and escalation problems where necessary
- Provide quidance and advice to users
- contribute to the efficient and effective operation of technology support
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a technology support role - ideally in an educational setting
- Clear understanding of IT Infrastructure including networks, applications, Servers, workstations and how they interrelate
- Great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant field will be highly regarded.
