IT Project Support

SEC and a Global IT Consulting Company are working together in the search and selection for an IT Project Support Officer who will be working within an international project in Alicante.

Your responsibilities will involve:

-Supporting the management team on a daily basis: IT material acquisition (technical specifications from suppliers, following up on Pos.. etc.)
-Reporting on a weekly basis on IT maintenance contracts and relevant innovative products.
-Providing report on IT products catalogue, licenses and stock.

This is a contract till the end of the year within a long term project that will most likely be extended.

You should be compliant with the following profile:

-2 years relevant experience.
-1 year experience in IT support
-Advance user of excel (eg Pivot tables), outlook, word, PowerPoint, Access and statistical tools
-Good knowledge on quality and performance management and tools (IT tools, statistical analysis tools)
-Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English and Spanish is a must.
-Experience of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
-Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
-Usage of project management tools.
-Good reporting methods
-Ability to apply high quality standards to tasks
-Ability to analyse and recommend new products benefits for the project
