IT Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Manage the IT Project Portfolio for all IT Infrastructure projects, including executing project as a project manager
- Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in portfolio scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans.
- Recommend management with regards to project prioritization and resource allocation
- Identify and manage Portfolio RAID, maintain project plans with milestones and critical path, control and report status , for your portfolio in the PPM tool.
- Develop and manage IT Infra project from beginning to end, including project scope, estimate
- Control the Project portfolio and the portfolio processes. Support improvements of Portfolio Management processes with the aim of standardization / automation
- Support in the annual budget planning, and monthly / annual and ad-hoc financial reports

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong Portfolio and Project Management experience
- Knowledge of industry standards, frameworks and methodologies in the field of IT governance
- Portfolio Management – Portfolio Planning, Capacity Planning, RAID Management, Financial Management & Portfolio Reporting
- Demand Management, Prioritisation, Balancing, Controlling and ReportingStakeholders Management
- Project Management
- Experience with working across international teams would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with management reporting
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage
