IT Project Manager/Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

For a client in the IT sector we are currently looking for a Transformation Manager for a long-term project:

Tasks:
- Commissioning, extension or termination of service contracts with all resources
- Obtaining quotations from regular suppliers, starting the purchasing process, invoicing, as well as the internal application and provision of access
- Communication with the suppliers
- Close cooperation with the project managers
- Application of PMO resource management
- Completion of all project tasks within the existing guidelines
- Organization of and participation in strategy workshops (SAFe workshops, Inspect and Adapt, PI Planning etc.)
- Preparation of status reports and catch-up meetings
- Organization and documentation of alignment calls with ART management and various technical departments
- Taking over financial topics, billing of internal and external processes

The service regularly includes
- Understanding the requirements of structural and process organizations.
- Identifying resource availability requirements
- Identification of FTE gaps, resource identification and integration, also from GDCs (Global Delivery Centers)
-Coordinating the onboarding process and providing the necessary access for external resources (SAP, security network, DA, OS, etc.)

Must Have
+ Experience in IT Transformation Management Office
+ Very good communication skills in English
+ Organization, creativity and ability to multi-task
+ Knowledge of purchasing processes, finance
+ Very good knowledge in the application of PMO resource management / managing global resources
+ Project experience in organizing transformation office workshops (SAFe workshops, Inspect and Adapt, PI Planning etc.)
+ Relevant project experience in identifying resource availability needs, identifying FTE gaps, finding and integrating resources, also from GDC (Global Delivery Centers)
+ Experience in coordinating the onboarding process and providing the necessary access for external resources (SAP, Security Network, DA, OS etc.)

Nice to Have
+ Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
