IT Project Manager Sharepoint (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Discovery and analysis of the current SharePoint data
- Selected software solution is AvePoint; project to deliver archiving proof of concept
- Rollout of archiving solution across all SharePoint sites
- Responsible for the Project together with the Business Project Manager
- Planning of project phases including IT work packages, coordination of project plan with respective Team Leads and all related partiesCover all usual PM disciplines – management of project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget and cost, testing and cutover
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality and budget
- Contracting of 3rd parties for project collaboration
- Ensure adherence to PM IT project methodology incl. Quality Gates, reporting of project status and project progress at regular intervals
- Preparation and moderation of Steering Committee meetings
- Manage scope changes and timeline adjustments for project milestones (e.g.: design, build, test, data migration, go live, hypercare)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Experience in working in large organizations, and collaborating with Microsoft cloud services
- Experience in Management of international project team spread through all time zones
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and coordination skills
- Strong vendor management skills
- Preferably background PMI or similar industry standard
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft365 SharePoint
- Knowledge of legal /procurement processes advantageous
