IT Project Manager Service Now (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Project Management activities covering 2 projects: ServiceNow and Global Portfolio Platforms project phases, reporting, stakeholder management, compile required artefacts for budget approvals, ensure project triple constraint implementation
- Manage the GPM and ServiceNow development teams
- Plan and monitor the budget and resources
- Escalate in case of deviations
- Provide expertise in a timely manner
- Proactive approach towards solution implementation
- Select methods and tools, using iterative techniques where appropriate
- Maintain effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Relevant project experience in IT project management
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations, setup and operation of an appropriate organization and framework
- Strong business and system acumen
- Strong self-initiative and excellent analytical skills
- Scrum / Agile knowledge is a plus
- Very good command of English and ability to communicate on international level
