IT Project Manager III

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will entail two roles:
o Project manager for smaller project related to larger program
o Coordination of on-boarding resources related to the program

PROJECT MANAGER:
Working Project management experience in an IT or Business environment
Create weekly status report; present status at project review meetings
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project team
Develop project schedule based on project template and input from Global Program Manager, Global Operations Lead, Build Manager, BSA, Change Manager, and the Program Test Lead
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, and budgets
Host project status meetings and other meetings as needed; distribute meeting minutes (Additional meetings associated with every project include Project Kick-off, Go/No Go, Rollout Planning, and Deployment Checkpoints)
Manage project artifacts in Google Drive repository
Manage project decision tracking, issues, risks, and action items
Experience in Google applications a plus (Drive, Gmail, docs, sheets, slides)
Coordinate creation of release rollout plan to be used during Project cutover and deployment
Ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget
Follow proper change management processes to communicate changes to triple constraint
Communicate production deployment status to project stakeholders
Collect and review lessons learned/Issue PM Survey

COORDINATOR:
Manage activities related to on-boarding internal and external resource related to program
Procure office space and equipment for new resources
Coordinate office and meeting room change/reconfigurations as needed with facilities team
Manage and track all on-boarding communications as required

2. Ability to multitask and work independently
3. Effectively communicate the objectives and goals of projects and tasks to different layers of management
