IT Project Manager for Event Management Systems (m/w/d)

For an interesting project we are looking for a IT Project Manager.

Your tasks include:
+ Centralization of all event management related topics will include decommissioning of redundant systems & processes and migrated necessary data and processes to the new core application.
+ The deliverables of the project will be an ecosystem, event management operating model, slim-lined as-is process/IT architecture and auditable process documentation.

+ Identify need for migration and decommissioning of redundant applications,
+ Finalized & tested event IT solution including interfaces, IT target operating model, Project KPIs (costs, budget, resources)

+ Transfer of responsibility for IT-related issues to IT in the IT target operating model.
+ Execution of the implementation concept
+ Training, migration of necessary content and processes, handover deliverables from project to operations as well as to internal project manager

+ Experience as a IT Project Manager
+ Experience with Event Management Systeme
+ Jira or Clarizen Knowledge
