IT Manager required by leading financial consultancy on a 3 monthly rolling contract in Zurich.
The role will be to support a project on cost reduction in the desktop service area.
The manager shall coordinate a small project to analyse the market of desktop service providers and engage with other vendors companies to define best practices and target processes.
Required skills
- Proven project management skills in IT banking industry
- Good understanding of desktop services and outsourcing (ordering, moving, exchange, support for desktops/notebooks)
- Fluent German and English (writing and speaking) is a must for this role.
- Very good MS Office skills to document processes as well as concepts, processes etc.
- Experience in global Siwss company is a benefit (UBS, Credit Suisse, Nestle, Novartis etc.)
Project would start ASAP, location Zurich until end of 2012. There is an extension in 2013 for the implementation phase.
