IT Infrastructure Support

This candidate will be based in the Berlin head office/Flagship stores supporting all IT Infrastructure including printers, scanners, servers, telephones, tills and POS Key Skills - Retail experience would be ideal. -Atleast 1-2 years experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support to members of staff and colleagues within retail stores for telephone calls, cables, wires, POS Systems, tills & scanners-Strong Technical knowledge and ability (servers/networks ect)-Good knowledge of IT Infrastructures -Strong Communication Skills-A good ability to manage stakeholders The ideal candidate will have experience in working in stores around the UK for retail clients,focusing on building, designing and improving IT Infrastructures retail / pos / 1st line / 2nd line / 1st line support / 2nd line support / hardware support / retail stores support / retail infrastructure / retail it infrastructure / point of sale / POS / POS support / pos infrastructure / point of sale infrastructure / desktop support / desktop engineer / retail support engineer / retail infrastructure support / infrastruktur / infomationstechnologie / Einzelhandel / it helpdesk
