IT Infrastructure Engineer Citrix Experience (Xenapp etc)

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a new project in Poland Warsaw.

The ideal consultant will be a Migration Specialist, Server and Applications Administrator.

Skills:

-Must have strong Citrix experience (Xenapp etc) and also Microsoft APP-V.
-Hands on experience performing Citrix administration, support and troubleshooting (Citrix XenApp 6/6.5 and XenDesktop 5.6/7 )
-Hands on Experience performing Citrix Provisioning Services Administration and troubleshooting
-Hands on Experience working with Active Directory Group Policies and Citrix Policies.
-Configuring applications for use in a multi-user Citrix environment.
-CCA XenApp & or XenDesktop Certified
-Experience of administering a virtualisation platform (VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V)

Desirable

-Experience in integrating Citrix Access gateway/NetScaler Access Gateway VPX with XenApp/XenDesktop
-Knowledge and understanding of storage (SAN/NAS) preferably NetApp Storage

Additional skills/nice to haves:

Preparing and planning software for load, managing and maintaining Windows 2008 Server and System Centre Configuration Manager 2007
Providing support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Deploying Windows 7 in large scale environment
Providing support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Pre-staging computers for migration, installing and configuring software, updates, patches according to company standards, using SCCM infrastructure. Ensuring migration data is successfully restored, troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues. Providing support and training to end users.

The consultant will have previous Telecommunications experience.

Languages
The consultant should speak fluent English and (ideally) Polish and be available for a start on project immediately or within 1-2 weeks maximum.
