IT Business Analyst Consultant

Projektbeschreibung
For a client in Switzerland Square one is looking for an IT Business Analyst Consultant.
The consultant is expected to produce a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and has to have ten years of relevant experience in BUSINESS ANALYSIS/DEFINING REQUIREMENTS. Ideally in the field of Human Resources Systems/ERPs, Customer Relationship Management and/or Case Management Systems. The consultant will report jointly to the Senior ICT Business Relationship Management Officer and the Ethics Office.
Responsibilities are:

Analyse existing documentation of mandate/processes and business requirements

Facilitate meetings with business owners, subject matter experts and relevant ICT colleagues
-
Document current and future business processes, using standard business process modelling methodology/workflows and notation.

Define the business requirements of the new system including the data exchange requirements with other systems (eg MSRP/PeopleSoft, eSafe/Document Management)
Criteria:
-
Knowledge of the SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE IS A MUST.

Excellence in spoken and written ENGLISH
-
Strong communication and facilitation skills.

The candidate has to have a BACHELOR DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMPUTER/MANAGEMENT Information System or related discipline from a recognized University, Master degree or any related professional certificates is a plus.
The assignment will based in Geneva HQ (a combination of on and off-site), and will be for an initial duration of 10 days, with the possibility to extend.
