IT Business Analyst - Cloud Solutions

IT Business Analyst - Cloud Solutions with profound experience working within Data Protection functions wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Expertise in delivering Cloud based solutions and working with a vendor to deliver IT solution
- In-depth experience in applying business analysis techniques, including UML and BPMN
- Knowledge of developing robust solutions
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle along with analytical, problem-solving and synthesising skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Conducting requirements - gathering activities such as evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Producing high quality, detailed software requirements specifications, designing documents, and other related BA materials
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, and external vendors to determine how they can fulfil these requirements
- Supporting in quality control and project management as well as describing processes including the organizational structures
