IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you augment a high profile team working on a strategic, international program in the insurance sector. The program successfully delivered multiple phases already and is now looking to further expand the team to advance the existing system landscape by developing additional features and further integrate into the wider systems landscape of the global organization.

- Provides explanations and expertise regarding as-is / to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process i.e.; process, data, work flow, application etc. to appropriate stakeholders.
- Plans, conducts / facilitates elicitation sessions for business requirements gathering with subject matter experts and end users
- Produces requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents throughout the project life cycle
- Supports the lead Business Analyst in the backlog management and helps ensuring the deliverables are met
- Adapts and applies different delivery methodologies determining the best for the specifi project
- Engage in solution design and brainstorming session across teams
- Contributes to business cases, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scopedefinition and development of a high-level schedule
- Participates in development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activities
- Conducts post implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits achieveda

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in the area of IT or business information studies or equivalent
- Very good English skills are a must, written and spoken
- Must possess in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills
- Being experienced working in an agile delivery environment, feeling comfortable in complexglobal project setups and able to work under pressure in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural team
- Experience in application testing and organizing user acceptance testing
