A leading private sector organisation are looking for an Interim HR Shared Service Centre Deployment Manager for an initial 6 month contract.

This role will coordinate the planning and logistics needed to ensure successful deployment of the new HR Shared Service Centres organisation. The role holder will be expected to collaborate with teams across the programme to implement the new HR Operating Model.

Key Deliverables:

- Managing the recruitment of Shared Service Centre staff in 2 Shared Service Centres, by partnering with local recruitment vendors
- Lead the selection process of the new teams by assessment centres/selection days as necessary
- Participate in ongoing assessments of SSC readiness up to launch to ensure organization is fully ready for go-live in terms of technology, resources, processes and QRM
- Liaise with recruitment providers to ensure that necessary roles are filled prior to HR SSC launch
- Support relevant colleagues in efforts to train and transition HR services from local HR generalists to HR SSCs
- Support in the work with content team to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place prior to HR SSC deployment
- Support new HR employee portal and SSC internal processes testing plan and execution
- Provide "Go-Live" approval report to HRLT
- Accountable for identifying, resolving and escalating issues related to recruitment of SSC teams

Essential skills/experience:

- Experience in large volume, international recruitment, ideally gained in a Shared Service Centre set-up environment
- Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
- Experience supporting a large scale complex change or HR transformation project
- Strong understanding of HR operating models and tiered HR support systems
- Proven ability to independently define and manage a project workstream within tight external timelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build, maintain and manage strong relationships within an international business and across many different stakeholder groups
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and problems

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Experience in the establishment or management of an international HR SSC

Substantial levels of travel approximately 20% with peaks and troughs of travel at certain stages of the programme.
