MY DUTIES:

- Conducting kickoff meetings with hiring managers to discuss job profiles
- Creating job postings
- Doing sourcing activities and attracting talents
- Review incoming applications
- Conducting prescreening interviews via teams
- Doing 1st interviews with hiring managers via teams or in the office

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Sound experience of full life cycle recruitment in a company or agency
- Knowledge of the Austrian recruitment market
- Direct sourcing capabilities and creativity how to reach out to candidates
- Recruiting experience with tech sales positions is beneficial
- Recruiting experience in industrial environment is advantageous
