You will oversee the day to day management of the function and a small team of 4.
The HR Shared Service has recently gone live but there is still the opportunity to build, grow and develop the current team, processes and policies to ensure an excellent employee service within the business.
It is essential you have previous management experience within a HR Administration function and ideally a HR Shared Service.
This role is interim and likely to be needed for up to 6 months whilst my client recruits and embeds someone on a permanent basis.
