Interim HR Mobilisation Lead (Service Provision Change)

Projektbeschreibung

My client is looking for an Experienced Interim HR Mobilisation Lead who can support the amalgamation of 4 businesses into 1, following a service provision change. This is a heavily unionised environment and some employees have already transitioned. The last phase of employees transitioning is in April 2014. However there is no communication and engagement strategy in place.
You will take a lead role within the project as well as coordinating other HR workstreams such as modelling, TUPE, Harmonisation and Union negotiation to ensure the project is joined up and the deliverables are being met to ensure a smooth final transition and an overall successful service provision change
You will be a natural leader with the ability to deal with difficult situations. You will have strong experience in mobilising contracts and the ability to manage others as well as being hands on and driven.
